2. If you can’t find the button URL save it to your computer and upload it onto a image hosting website

3. Do not put any links from piczo zone they must be direct links from either: photobucket or tinypic

4. Dont request any cursors this form is for buttons only.

5. Maximum button request is one every 2 weeks.

6. If you do not fill the form correctly I won’t make you button.

Tips to form

  • Your border colours do not have to be black and white.
  • I can make a button to match your current layout just say in form Button URL: Layout image.

  • You don’t have to choose the fonts above, just give me the name and where to download it.
  • If you are not too sure how to use this form just ask me before requesting.
  • You do not have to use a button insted say what colour you would like or send a image pattern.
